Shaun & his Grand Piano from New Zealand performing live, at both The Grand Seafood Luncheon and The Carlos Murphy Night in the Festival Marquee at Guy's Thatched Hamlet for the third time.

As the year 2000 arrived Shaun’s career as a professional entertainer took off, and he started taking bookings from all over the country as he still is today.
Since turning professional, Shaun's career has taken him on an amazing journey, performing all over New Zealand and Australia averaging a solid 125 shows per year, selling endless amounts of CDs and writing great songs for compilation albums as well as his own.
From crowds of 100 people at the Hotel Inter-Continental's piano bar to crowds of 34,000 people at the Westpac stadium, Shaun handles every performance like a seasoned veteran, always delivers a great show and leaves audience’s amazed.

GUY'S 20th OYSTER FESTIVAL
In association with Guinness & AB Inbev.

The week kicks off on Thursday 1st September with OYSTER EVE
This takes place in Owd Nell's Tavern, with live music & Irish Dancing. Guinness & Oysters Served at midnight.Help us wake up the oysters! (No admission).

Friday 2nd September - GRAND SEAFOOD LUNCHEON
The Festival Marquee opens its doors at 12 noon.
This is a ticket only event. SOLD OUT.

Saturday 3rd September -CARLOS MURPHY'S IRISH JIG
A traditional Irish Jig with Entertainment from "Murphy's Law" a fabulous Irish Band from Cork, Shaun Preston - Singer/Musician from NZ, Irish Dancers &  DJ Darrell Edwards. It's a great night out with loads of Craic!
Tickets £14.50 Include Irish Stew Supper 8pm, Doors Open at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale now and are limited. Strictly Over 18's Only,

Tonight we give those little oysters from Connemara a nudge to wake them from their beds for their big day on Friday!!

Live Irish band Motley Crew are playing in Owd Nell's Tavern, lots of Murphy's give aways to be had. An all round night of good Irish Craic!....and it's free of charge!!!!
